With a heart full of gratitude, we celebrate #WeAllGrow Latina’s thirteen years of existence. We want to take a moment to really honor the significance of this number as WAG embarks on a new cycle.

While Western society has demonized the number thirteen, it is actually a magical number that represents rebirth and regeneration. It is the number of the divine feminine – thirteen lunar cycles in a year and thirteen menstrual cycles (for most). 

The thing about the divine feminine is that when we allow ourselves to open up our hearts to her, we surrender to her bigger vision. It’s a courageous act of letting go and flowing with all that changes to allow the new to be born. And this potent experience of dancing with the divine is quite perfectly aligned with the transition that WAG is going through. 

Let’s take a moment to pause and see how far we have come. Founded in 2010, this beautiful community of impactful Latinas who support and uplift each other has continued to elevate the voices and stories of our powerful community through virtual and in-person events, storytelling, mentorship opportunities, and resources to increase visibility and grow Latina’s social and economic power. While its shape has evolved throughout the years, the essence has always remained consistent – a community devoted to healing and growing together. 

It all began with a soul whisper that founder Ana Flores followed and materialized,  shepherded by other essential team members and partners past and present who followed those whispers through introspection, heightened awareness, and the courageous release of fear and self-doubt. We don’t believe in coincidences, and the serendipitous encounters between collaborators seeded profound shifts for the company. In 2021, #WeAllGrow grew with partner Patty Arvielo following her call towards community. It evolved a few months later with Vanessa Santos joining as partner and co-CEO following her intention to connect with like-minded women in the business world after her first #WeAllGrow Summit experience in 2019. In fact, today is a celebration of each one of you following those whispers that led you to this community where you contribute your unique medicine to the beautiful, intricate fabric that is this expansive and loving space. 

As we embark on this new cycle, we honor the foundation that has been built on fertile ground and allow it to enter into a new stage of expansion nurtured so lovingly by soul-led women. We can’t wait to see where we go next, siempre juntas!
