As I evolve into a new chapter of my journey, I want to share with you the immense gratitude and love I hold in my heart for each and every one of you. For 13 years, #WeAllGrow has been a beacon of sisterhood, growth, and empowerment. It has been an honor to lead this incredible community and witness the transformative power of Latina women coming together.
The number 13 represents transition—13 yearly moons or Earth’s cycle around the Sun. This year, as we celebrate our 13th anniversary, I am embracing a profound transition in my life.
I have made the decision to pass the leadership baton to Vanessa Santos, who will now fully take on the CEO role. Vanessa’s passion, vision, and dedication make her the perfect person to guide #WeAllGrow into its next phase of growth and impact.
From its beginnings as the first Latina influencer marketing company in the world to its current evolution, I am proud of all the trails we’ve blazed during the company’s lifetime. We’ve generated over $18 million in revenue that we’ve put right back into the pockets of Latines by consciously hiring and sourcing within the community. We partnered with over eighty well-known brands to craft innovative campaigns that always center Latinas’ needs and aspirations. We created Amigahood, the first app for Latina women to gather in friendship and produced the first-ever conference for Latina creators and leaders that continues to have transformative ripple effects. We’ve done this and much more as a 100% Latina-led and operated self-funded small business that started from a laptop on my dining table guided by the belief that “when one grows, we all grow.”
To my previous and current partners, I extend my deepest appreciation for your unwavering support and for standing by me in even the toughest times. To the extraordinary #WeAllGrow team, both past and present, I am forever grateful for your commitment and collaborative spirit for our shared vision, the driving force behind our success. And to the Amigahood, our beloved community, you are the heart and soul of #WeAllGrow. I am incredibly proud to have witnessed your growth and achievements, both personally and professionally.
Leading #WeAllGrow has been transformative. It has taught me the true meaning of conscious leadership, abundance, and the power of the divine feminine. I have witnessed the incredible resilience and strength of Latinas, and I am in awe of the magic that happens when we come together.
As I step into my new role as Founder and Co-Chairwoman, I am excited about the future. Our mission remains unchanged – to elevate Latina voices and create opportunities for growth and empowerment. With Vanessa’s leadership, our Co-Chairwoman Patty Arvielo‘s commitment, our VP of Brand and Operations Melissa Bailey’s tenure, our team’s dedication, and the continued support of our brand and community partners, I have no doubt that #WeAllGrow will continue to thrive as it inspires and uplifts women worldwide.
