Through the #WeAllGrow Latina Impact, we’re celebrating exceptional Latina leaders who are making waves, driving change, and creating the blueprint for the next generation of Latina founders looking to make an impact.

The first-ever #WeAllGrow Latina Impact List highlights Latinas igniting positive change, dismantling barriers in their respective fields, and paving the way for more inclusive and vibrant communities to thrive. This inaugural list has been created to inspire and celebrate our community!

We opened a call on rising Latina leaders and entrepreneurs striving for positive change in their communities to apply for a chance to receive a #WeAllGrow Latina Impact Grant. This grant has been created in collaboration with General Motors to help the recipients reach their next big step.

LATINA IMPACT LIST
Together with General Motors, we’ve intentionally selected 16 mujeres whose contributions are creating positive and lasting community impact. Get to know these inspiring Latina business owners leading with vision in their respective fields.
These Latinas are dedicated to preserving the planet by advocating for innovative solutions addressing the effects of climate change and moving towards a more sustainable future.
These Latinas are amplifying voices and fostering a more equitable society through grassroots organizing, advocacy campaigns, and public awareness initiatives.
These Latinas are addressing our communities’ needs with groundbreaking solutions, inventions, and technological advancements revolutionizing industries.
These Latina innovators are unapologetically celebrating their culture through groundbreaking ideas, using their platform to amplify voices and experiences from our community and making a positive impact on their own terms.
Thanks to support from General Motors, three visionary entrepreneurs have been selected to receive the #WeAllGrow Latina Impact Grant to provide small businesses with at least one year in operations the capital they need to make their next move.
Recipients were awarded with:
One of three grants: $5,000, $5,000, or $10,000
A 2023 #WeAllGrow Weekend Fest ticket ($999 value)
Mentorship: from one of the Latina Impact List honorees to gather wisdom and advice to continue growing their entrepreneurial endeavors.
