Are you ready to upgrade your morning routine? I’m a sucker for a nourishing morning routine. I became a bit obsessed in my early 20s, asking older folks I admired about their routines and reading books like “Daily Rituals: How Artists Work”. I was hungry for inspiration and wanted to find a routine that felt like an anchor to my day. Almost a decade later, I’m so grateful to have dedicated time to intentionally designing (and redesigning) my routine. It truly has served as a grounding force and benefitted every facet of my life, from health, to career, and even relationships.
