Founded in 2011, Underground Dining Club is considered the first Super Clubs in Puerto Rico. The focus is whimsical fun eats from around the globe using the best and local ingredients. At it’s helm, James Beard nominated, Chef Maria Mercedes Grubb is also the Chef responsible for the eats at locally acclaimed Gallo Negro who also works doing Popups locally and in NYC, Philly and LA.
