As a birth and postpartum doula/coach, I provide physical, emotional, and mental support to families with continuous labor support as well as in their transition into the 4th trimester. I also provide childbirth education through online and in person classes to educate and empower families in the choices they make as it relates to preparing for birth and postpartum.
