A latinx female wellness movement, dedicated to connect women to their innate femenine and build community through spiritual wellbeing. Through diverse methods and disciplines we guide women to better manage their emotions and trauma, be happy in their own skin and live an authentic and genuine life. We share tools from diverse fields of yoga and meditation, breath work and creative writing.
