Hazell Imbert is a mental health counselor and certified yoga instructor. She is passionate about working with and advocating for BIPOC, LGBTQ+ people, immigrants, folks who identify as first-generation, and Spanish speakers. She integrates elements of multiple interventions that focus on exploring thought patterns and the mind-body connection through an anti-oppressive lens.
