The Bonilla sisters are a pair from a family of ten siblings, Elizabeth and Maritza Bonilla, share their passion for food from their mother, Lourdes Pena, a restaurant owner in Puerto Rico. For almost a decade they planned on opening a restaurant. In 2020 they made it happen. Despite the Covid situation, the restaurant continues to bring delicious plates to the local community.
