THE DESIGNER Originally from Caracas Venezuela, Gabriela Ortiz thoughtfully designs and fabricates jewelry from her Brooklyn, NYC based studio which she’s called home for the past 20 years. She plays with a diversity of metal smithing, wax carving and recycling techniques to creates each piece by hand while also working with local manufactures in NYC on every collection.
