Postrique is a San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley based catering and pop-up “bakery” inspired by Mexican panaderías. Postrique, named through a fusion of the Spanish word for dessert (postre) and the French word for Mexico (Mexique), aims to share Mexican culture through a new generation of desserts.
