Morena Escardo is a bilingual health coach, blogger, author of several books, and meditation teacher in the making. She grew up in Peru, studied Philosophy in England, worked in the publishing industry in NYC, got a Masters Degree in Literature while living in Barcelona, started a home cookie business in Peru, and then finally moved back to New York, where she started a Peruvian food blog with her mother, a chef.
In 2014 she finally decided to fully embrace her love for health and wellness, and became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She immediately knew she was home.
Morena now lives in Brooklyn, NY, and works at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition on office hours, and on her laptop the rest of the time coaching clients 1-on-1 and designing group programs to help women feel radiant inside and out. Morena's goal is to help her followers and clients eat healthier foods, live healthier lives, and think happier thoughts so that they can become the best version of themselves and create a positive, empowered world around them.
Her long term vision is to make the world a better place by sharing meditation with as many people as possible.
