Lori Sandoval, founder of SALSAOLOGY, spent a decade cooking in notable kitchens under chefs like Wolfgang Puck & even one of her own. Lori has also put her creativity to work developing recipes for companies like Hunt’s & Del Real Foods. Her interest in how history has influenced cuisine across regions, specifically in Mexico, moved her to start SALSAOLOGY in 2015. She carefully curated high-quality, non-GMO ingredients to create cooking sauces that reflect the culinary experience of her parents heritage. To date, Lori has introduced sauces that celebrate the diversity of many regional Mexican flavors to the masses.
