Our #WeAllGrowFAMILIA attendees are in for a huge treat. Camila Alves and Agatha Achindu, co-founders of Yummy Spoonfuls, are joining us for a keynote conversation at our event on October 22nd at the Munchkin headquarters!

Yummy Spoonfuls, a frozen organic baby and toddler food made from farm-fresh whole ingredients and found in the freezer aisle at Target, was born out of the need of these two entrepreneurial moms to find the freshest, tastiest, most nutritious foods for their children -- just like the ones they grew up eating in their home countries of Brazil and Cameroon.

Both immigrants to the U.S., they longed for the fresh foods they grew up eating from either their own farms, backyards or local farmer's markets. Camila was born into a family of farmers in Brazil and Agatha ate only the freshest organic foods from her family's garden and local markets.

We're excited to hear more about how their connections to their countries of heritage and culture has impacted their vision for Yummy Spoonfuls. #WeAllGrowFAMILIA attendees will rejoice in this opportunity to be inspired and learn from two moms on a mission. Crown Yourself in Confidence: Uncovering the Power of Positive Words

Beautiful. Ugly. Smart. Stupid. The power of words can have a significant impact on how we feel about ourselves and how we present ourselves to the world – whether it’s in real life or online. Too often, social media bombards women and girls with negative content that can damage their self-­esteem. Dove research shows 8 out of 10 women encounter negative comments on social media that critique women’s looks. With this in mind, Dove set out to overturn the pervasive online negativity and embarked on a partnership with Twitter to encourage women to #SpeakBeautiful and turn ugly tweets into beautiful, positive ones. Launching the campaign on Hollywood’s biggest night when online negativity was at its worst, Dove developed a truly unique campaign that leveraged primary research and insights, advocacy partnerships and deep influencer engagement, setting out to help shape the way future generations express themselves online. Since launch, Dove has continued to reach thousands of women and girls with #SpeakBeautiful, truly making social media a more positive place for all.

During Saturday morning’s keynote, therapist and life-­coach, Christine Gutierrez, will explore the journey to finding inner confidence and building self-­esteem in various aspects of our lives – from our careers, being mothers, how we feel about our bodies and how we translate our confidence to the world. Dove #SpeakBeautiful Workshop

Dove Self-­Esteem Educators, Rosie Molinary and Dania Peguero, will lead an inspiring workshop for 50 girls from the local Boys & Girls Club in Long Beach, CA.

The workshop ties to the Dove #SpeakBeautiful campaign that encourages women and girls to realize the role our online words play in impacting our confidence and self-­esteem. Dove research shows 8 out of 10 women encounter negative comments on social media that critique women’s looks. Furthermore, women do not realize messages they post are contributing to negative mindsets and behavior about beauty online. Only 9% of women admit to posting negative comments on social media.

How can we help the next generation ignite positive change online? Dove invites #WeAllGrow attendees to join our workshop – to serve as mentors and to interact with girls from our partner organization. To date, Dove has reached 17 million girls globally. At this year's #WeAllGrow Summit Neutrogena Keynote Lunch, we're excited to welcome Sandra Echeverría. Sandra will not only share Neutrogena's commitment in empowering women to put their best face forward, but we’ll also hear of the struggles and triumphs she's journeyed through to accomplish her own big dreams, inspiring us to see what’s possible. 

Sandra Echeverría is an actress, singer and songwriter from Mexico City who garnered success as a result of her series lead roles in the international hits El Clon and Marina, both of which were seen in over 120 countries. She followed these successes with the lead role in the Univision’s international ratings record breaker, La Fuerza del Destino. Sandra’s first single off her self-titled album was the title song of La Fuerza del Destino, a duet with Marc Anthony that was heard on radio stations in the U.S. and Latin America.

On the feature side, Sandra starred with Blake Lively, Benicio Del Toro, and John Travolta in Oliver Stone’s Savages, in which she played Salma Hayek’s rebellious daughter. Sandra was also featured in Will Ferrell’s Casa de mi Padre, playing his mother in a pivotal flashback. In 2014 she lent her vocal talents to the animated film, The Book of Life, produced by Guillermo del Toro. Sandra made her U.S. television debut on the Peabody Award winning FX Network series The Bridge.

Sandra continues to be a global icon, having recently graced the covers of the Latin American editions of GQ, Cosmopolitan, and Women’s Health. As a Neutrogena brand ambassador, Sandra is proud to proactively and consistently promote a culture of health and beauty to her widespread fan base.

This week we'll be  announcing many of our celebrity keynote speakers for 2016 and we're thrilled to kick it off with actress, TV host, social media influencer and one of the Latina personalities with the most engagement and presence in the social media landscape, Gaby Espino.

Gaby has become a renowned name in the Latin American entertainment industry after starting a successful career in her native Venezuela managing to stay on top of her game year after year in the US. During 2015, she was the main host for the "Latin Billboard Music Awards," the most watched telecast in Billboard's history, and presenter of "Premios Tu Mundo" from 2011 to 2014. She was also the lead actress in Telemundo’s successful telenovela "Santa Diabla" during 2013, among many other productions. Espino started her career at age 17 when she was one of the most popular faces in the advertising industry after becoming the spokesperson for many brands. Her TV debut was as one of the hosts of "Nubeluz," the most popular children’s show in Latin America. Later, she successfully hosted Sony's Entertainment show "Lo Ultimo" for twelve years. Espino had her first acting role in the teen TV series called "A Todo Corazón," which opened the door for many more acting opportunities including more than sixteen telenovelas as the lead actress with relevant success not only in Latin America, but around the world. During "Premios Tu Mundo" 2014, Gaby was honored with five awards including "Protagonista Favorita" (Favorite Lead Actress), "Fan Club del Año" (Fan Club of the Year) and "Novela del Año" (Telenovela of the Year), among others. With the desire of being even closer to her audience, Gaby launched her website and YouTube channel Gaby Espino TV during 2015, creating a strong and authentic channel of communication with her followers. An established fan-base of more than 13 million people who actively engage and are extremely loyal to her content, empowering messages, best kept secrets, tips, and find her lifestyle aspirational.
