Nuria Santamaría Wolfe currently leads Multicultural Audience Strategy at Twitter. She was named ‘Advertising Age: Woman to Watch’ in 2014 and ‘Top 40 Under 40 Tech Diversity: Silicon Valley’ in 2015. She is passionate about diversity and believes that technology and media can be used as a force for social good.
Nuria built her career at the intersection of technology, media and multicultural audiences. First as a technology consultant at Accenture and then as an executive at various digital media companies, she’s served as an advisor to brands and celebrities. Her past clients range from large consumer brands, like Kraft, tech giants like Facebook and new media companies like Revolt.
Last year she co-founded Encantos Media, a family-owned company that fuses brand-building, entertainment, education and technology designed for a more globally connected, diverse generation. The first product line is Canticos – a children’s brand that brings to life beloved Latino nursery rhymes through multilingual books, apps and videos.
Nuria graduated from Stanford University with degrees in both economics and Spanish. She was born in El Salvador, grew up in Los Angeles and currently lives in Marin County, California with her husband, Steven, and their bilingual son, Sebastián.
