Alex Flores is the Manager of Hispanic Marketing & Business Development at ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in the media and public relations industry.
At ALSAC/St. Jude, Alex is responsible for managing efforts to increase multicultural marketing integration across all major campaigns and programs across the organization. In collaboration with divisions across the organization, she focuses her efforts on growing Hispanic programs at St. Jude, which generate more than $65 million in donations each year, as well as the overall annual contribution of our multicultural donors, which represents more than $195 million each year to help find cures for childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. Alex is also responsible for diversifying the organization’s current portfolio of multicultural fundraising platforms.
Prior to ALSAC/St. Jude, Alex worked in public relations and in the television industry. Most recently as a television reporter for various Fox affiliates across the country including in Memphis, Tennessee and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Alex graduated from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles with a bachelor of arts in Broadcast Journalism with a concentration in Spanish.
