1. What does the word "Grow" mean to you in your blogging career?

As a content creator it is very important to periodically review our list of goals to ensure that every opportunity takes us to the next level.  If I am consistently reaching my goals then I am growing as a content developer.

2. What excites you about growth?

The possibilities for continual growth excite me.   If I stay focused on my vision and goals the sky is the limit! 8 years ago when I started blogging as a hobby I never would have dreamed that we could monetize our expertise with freelance writing yet alone leverage our growth to open doors to new careers in media & publishing.

3. How can one community grow together?

I participate in several blogging communities and find that the support of other members is invaluable. Having other people in similar situations to share their experiences and tips can help other community members.

4. How do you proactively help others grow?

As a community member I support other members by helping to amplify their voices and provide blogging and social media tips to help them become more effective writers.

5. What do you hope to get out of #WeAllGrow Summit?

I hope to get additional skills to grow my blog traffic, visual appeal and career as a content developer.
