1. What does the word "Grow" mean to you in your blogging career?

In relevance to my blogging career, the word "grow" to me has so much meaning. When I randomly started blogging almost five years ago I had no idea that it would allow me to grow in so many areas of my life especially my career. I studied Fashion Merchandising in college and ultimately ending up graduating with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. Luckily, I have been able to merge my passions and apply everything I learned in school to my blog which has given me amazing growth opportunities.

My blog has grown so much over the years and in turn I have grown as a young woman. The most amazing thing about this growth has definitely been the fact that my readers have been along with me in this journey. I know part of my ultimate purpose is inspiring people through my stories, but ultimately my readers along with the Latina blogging community have inspired me to be the best ME I can be! I will not have been here without the help of so many individuals and I will always strive to help others grow just as I have been helped through my journey. "If one grows, we all grow!".

2. What excites you about growth?

The most exciting thing about growth to me is change. At times we are all hesitant to grow because we can't fathom having to deal with change and unfamiliar territory, but for me, the beauty about growth and change has always been in the journey. This is something I will always cherish as embracing change and navigating unfamiliar territory is all part of my gypsy soul. Change is good chicas!

3.How can one community grow together?

I have always believed in magnifying peoples strengths not weaknesses. This is crucial to a community growing proactively together. Also, by supporting one another and encouraging each other to be our authentic selves in all that we do.

4. How do you proactively help others grow?

By sharing the things I have learned throughout the years as a blogger and and as a public relations and advertising student. I also love connecting people to different opportunities and individuals who will help them succeed.

5.What do you hope to get out of #WeAllGrow Summit?

I hope to meet and have a great time with amazing Latinas as we engage in our passions. I am super excited about new opportunities for growth and I am looking forward to finding new inspiration as well.

Most importantly, I hope to learn how to successfully transition into a professional blogger now that I am officially done with school. I am very passionate about the multicultural market and my ultimate dream would be to become a successful multicultural marketing expert while simultaneously growing my blog.
